Sina Zargaran · YC founder · product leader

Zero → One → Growth.

I build AI products that people actually use. Right now I'm running a portfolio of five AI agents for a 9K-person go-to-market team at Thomson Reuters. Before that I co-founded Campfire (YC W22) and raised $4M.

An agentic ecosystem for a 9,000-person go-to-market org

Lead Product Manager

I own the AI transformation roadmap for TR's go-to-market function. That means five AI agents covering prospecting, sales, customer success, professional services, and marketing. I work with business-unit presidents and GMs, and I lead a team of four product owners.

Now building · DealMaker

DealMaker is one GTM agent that orchestrates enterprise go-to-market work. It sits on a semantic data layer connected to TR's systems of record, then routes and runs each request end to end. We're building a platform around it that fits how TR sells. It also ships as a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, so reps can use it from the tools they already work in.

From remote teams to AI agents, with a game on Steam

Co-founder & COO · Y Combinator W22

Our remote-teams platform reached 80K+ users and $20K+ MRR in five months, with teams at Netflix, GitLab, and Google on board. When growth plateaued, I made the call to pivot before we burned runway. We rebuilt as an agent orchestration platform and proved it by shipping an AI game, Campfire Cozy Friends, on Steam.

Finding out if anyone will pay, before writing much code

Independent product experiments

I ran fast AI product experiments with one test: will people pay? An AI psychology copilot signed 12 paid pilots. An AI agent for HVAC contractors cut quote-generation time by 80% and lifted operating margin by 15%.

A product function that helped get the company acquired

Product Manager · acquired by HappyCo

I built the product function from scratch and shipped a leasing module and a resident app for 500K+ residents. They brought in $1M+ ARR and were a key asset in the HappyCo acquisition.

About

Engineer, founder, operator.

I studied computer engineering, then spent a decade on the part of building that doesn't compile: finding the customer, pricing the thing, deciding when to pivot.

I'm happiest in the messy early days of a product, and I've learned to love the grind of scaling it once it clicks.
